Tip # 1 - Be Specific


When looking for something specific, try to be as exact as possible with your search terms. Use specific name references such as "Jose Marti" or "Bay of Pigs" to obtain a listing of all documents that contain references to these words.

When looking for general topics of interest, use words that represent the topic of interest. For example, to obtain statistical data on Cuba search for "statistics" or "economy". Use general names to obtain wider topics.
